Technology consulting and engineering for established businesses

Technology that flows.

I’m a software engineer who plans, builds and runs the technology behind your business: the website, the systems behind it and the AI on top, so it all works as one.

Most businesses run on a patchwork.

A website from one vendor, a CRM from another, spreadsheets in between, and a team copying data from one to the next. Nobody owns how it fits together. That’s the job I do.

  • Website
  • CRM
  • Spreadsheets
  • Accounting
  • Inbox
  1. 01

    Map

Every tool, handoff and spreadsheet, mapped before anything is built, so you see where time and money are leaking.

  2. 02

    Connect

Website, CRM, accounting, inventory and shipping, wired together so data is entered once and shows up everywhere it’s needed.

  3. 03

    Automate

Intake, quotes, follow-ups and paperwork run on their own. AI drafts; your team approves.

  4. 04

    Run

I watch it, fix it and improve it every month, so the system keeps up as the business grows.

What I build

Every system your business runs on, built to work as one.

One senior engineer across the website, the software behind it and the AI on top, so nothing gets lost between vendors.

Who it’s for

Established businesses with a process worth improving.

The best fit is a business doing real volume, with high-value customers and a team that feels the manual work.

  • Manufacturers and distributors

E-commerce wired to the 3PL and CRM, quote tools for the sales team, an install map.

  • Accounting, law and financial firms

Client intake portals, document checklists and secure uploads, reminders that chase themselves.

  • Healthcare and wellness practices

Online booking, intake forms, follow-up and review requests that run on their own.

  • Contractors and home services

Instant quote calculators, lead routing to the right crew, automatic follow-up.

  • Real estate and property management

Listing sites, owner and tenant portals, maintenance requests routed and tracked.

  • Funded startups

An MVP built on a real architecture, by a technical partner who stays after launch.

Built to be trusted

A system you can hand the keys to.

  1. 01

    Architecture first

The data model, integrations and infrastructure are designed before any screen, so the last week moves as fast as the first.

  2. 02

    One engineer, no hand-offs

You work directly with the person who builds it. No account managers, no juniors, nothing lost in translation.

  3. 03

    Watched after launch

Uptime checks, backups and security updates on a monthly plan, looked after by someone who already knows the system.

  4. 04

    Fast, accessible, measured

Every build is checked for speed and accessibility before it ships, and again whenever it changes.

  5. 05

    Your domain stays yours

You keep your domain and your data. The system is documented, so it is never a black box.

  6. 06

    Managed platforms, not servers

Proven managed platforms instead of servers to babysit, so it stays fast and costs little when it’s quiet.

    Local Jo’s Natural Foods

How a project flows

From the first call to long after launch.

  1. Step 1

    Map it

A working session on your customers, your tools and the busywork, so the scope is something that ships.

  2. Step 2

    Design it

Data, integrations and infrastructure first. You see how every system connects before anything is built.

  3. Step 3

    Build it in the open

Short milestones with a working demo of real software at each one.

  4. Step 4

Launch it, then keep it running

Monitoring is set up at launch, then the system is cared for on a monthly plan.

Typical timelines

Who you’ll work with

A senior engineer, not an agency.

Before Aria, I worked as a software engineer building complex backend systems: account opening, onboarding and data management for financial companies.

Aria brings that same rigor to small and mid-sized businesses. You get one person who designs the architecture, writes the code, ships it and stays on to run it.

How pricing works

Fixed prices. No surprises.

  1. 01

    Start with an audit

A fixed-price AI and automation audit, or a website and lead-flow audit. Either way you get a written plan you can act on, with or without me.

  2. 02

    A fixed-price build

A phased scope with what you get and why it matters, priced up front and paid by milestone. You know the cost before anything starts.

  3. 03

    A monthly plan

Hosting, monitoring and changes on a plan sized to the system, so it keeps working and keeps improving.

Start small

Not sure where to begin? Start with an audit.

AI and automation audit

A fixed-price workshop and a short report that maps three to five automations, with the time and cost each one should save.

Questions

Good questions to ask before you hire anyone.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. Most projects connect what you already pay for, like your CRM, accounting or inventory system, rather than replacing it. Where a tool is holding you back, I’ll say so and show you the trade-off.

What does a project cost?

Every build is fixed-price and paid by milestone, scoped after a short working session. If you’d rather start smaller, the audits are fixed-price too and leave you with a plan either way.

How long does it take?

A marketing site is typically one to three weeks. A web app or platform runs six to ten weeks, and larger systems a few months. You’ll see working software at every milestone, not just at the end.

What happens after launch?

Monitoring is set up at launch. A monthly plan covers hosting, security, backups, updates and a set amount of changes, handled by the engineer who built it.

Is AI safe to use with our data?

Every assistant only gets the data its task needs, and can be reviewed, adjusted or switched off. Anything sensitive keeps a person in the loop to approve it.

Do you only work in Charleston?

No. Aria is based in Charleston and works with businesses anywhere. Kickoffs can happen in person nearby, or over video.
